no longer anxious

Photographer, painter, esthetician. I live in B.C and loving every minute of it ! 

 I was born and raised in Hamilton,Ontario where I spent most of my youth and created many memories as well as many mistakes. But hey, live and learn. I am dedicted to helping people get  through anxiety and many other health concerns !

I have been through many many ordeals with family illness as well as my own, and i have dealt with them to the best of my ability.

Through my own hell I have learned to cope and get through the worst the times. With fear comes an inner need for education, with education comes a new perspective and a comfort that you can't explain unless you have been there,,,,,I want to help people get to that point ! understanding their anxiety and a sense of comfort to follow.

To give them the tools to move forward with their life and get over their health concerns.
